More About Coach Kyle

I have been training athletes for 10+ years. I coached Varsity Baseball for 6 years before taking an Athletic Director position which does not allow me to coach anymore. I work with mainly Middle to High School players, but love the challenge every now and again to take a player who has never played the game and teach them what I know!

I have played baseball my entire life. I was a 4 year letterman in High School starting as a freshmen. I then was fortunate enough to receive baseball scholarships to play at the D1 collegiant level. I played College Baseball for Malone University in 2004, and for Ohio University from 2005-2008.

Depending on the clients needs I would have to work around their abilities and improve on their initial techniques and skills. I love using resistance bands simaltaniously with in game drills in order to build up the athletes muscles as well as muscle memory. Many of my athletes can come in for a 30-45 minute workout and feel like they have been practice for over an hour.

Client Reviews

I played baseball under Coach Heppeard for 6 years, both in middle school and high school. He was my coach, my mentor, and my friend. He helped me improve upon basic skills such as hitting, bunting, fielding, turning double plays, and base running. He also emphasized the importance of having a good attitude, both on and off the field. My favorite memory of high school was my sophomore year when Coach Heppeard led our team to the State Playoffs. We won more games that year than any other baseball team ever at Shannon Forest. I will forever be thankful to Coach Heppeard for his dedication to our team, his leadership, and his constant belief in me.
