I worked baseball camps while playing baseball at Radford University with kids that ranged from ages 5 to 18. I also helped coach the Tidewater Drillers AAU travel team while I was in high school.

-300 batting average with 9 doubles, 17 RBIs, 36 runs, 13 stolen bases, and committed only 4 errors in pro ball(Santa Fe Fuego)

I will offer hitting, fielding, bunting, throwing, base running, and speed lessons. My clients may select 1 of these to train or all of them if they would like. Schedules, drills, techniques, and other baseball related things will vary depending on players age, skill level, type of lessons, players preference, and more. I will provide a few things I believe in from each category that will be taught/worked on with my clients.
Hitting

-making sure hands are in right spot when ready to fire at the ball
-finding barrel even when the swing, timing, load, and approach are off for a pitch, at bat, a game, a week, etc(this one sounds confusing but is very important and can make a hitter better immediately)
Fielding

-play fast but slow things down in head
-constant physical and mental reps
-study players who are REALLY good fielders
Bunting
-keep barrel close to eyes
-feet work is important
-a lot of physical and mental reps
Throwing
-having the RIGHT throwing plan for a player’s needs
-accuracy over speed
