More About Coach Kristin
Sports performance coaching experience for athletes at high school and collegiate levels (baseball, soccer, football, field hockey, dance, basketball, volleyball). Have instructed boot group boot camp classes, sports team training camps, semi-private sessions as well as individual training sessions. I love to work with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Currently a physical therapy aide knowledgeable on training for injury prevention. As a weekly spinning instructor, I love taking individuals to a high energy setting where they can maximize their workouts. I also have experience coaching and running in many half-marathons.
I have my ACE personal training certification as well as a Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor Certification and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
Athletes can expect a 10 minute dynamic warm up incorporating foot-work and speed ladder drills, followed by a strength training and a high intensity interval workout. Will try and incorporate sports specific work including plyometrics and coordination drills. Every session will have cardio worked in as well as a proper cool down with stretching and foam rolling education.
Fitness clients can expect a well rounded exercise plan intended to fit their individual needs and help you reach your goals!
