More About Coach Kristina
I am currently a coach for Tecnique Gems All-Star Cheerleading. I have 13 years of cheerleading experience including serving as Captain on high school, collegiate and competitive teams.
In 2011 I received the "Performer of the Year" and "Jump Superstar" awards from the United Performing Association. From 2012-2015 I received the "Best All Around Cheerleader" award from Dillard University. In 2016 I received the "Champions of Character Athlete of the Year" award from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
My sessions will focus on the technique and fundamentals of skills for proper execution. We will begin and end with proper stretching and then focus on specific skills to be accomplished that day.
