More About Coach Kristen
For the past three years, I have been a personal trainer, assisting individuals to meet their fitness and exercise goals by empowering them to make exercise, nutrition, and motivation a natural habit and permanent lifestyle. In addition to personal training, I am a PILOXING Instructor and Fitness Specialist at many different fitness studios. I have run weight-loss classes based on Low-GI eating lifestyle, assisting in helping clients drop body fat, visceral fat and total body inches. I also ran high-intensity cardio, total-body workout classes and summer bootcamps.
I am AAAI/ISMA Certified and CPR/AED Certified. I also hold a certification in PILOXING instruction and am a certified Breast Cancer Wellness Coach and Consultant along with being Sports Nutrition Certified.

I evaluate clients health history and any necessary medical consent forms from their physicians and then determine the clients exercise preferences, goals, past exercise and medical history and take measurements to determine progress. I use that information to design the best fitness program to suit the clients needs.

Kristen did all of that for me. She gave me a health questioner to fill out and based on that she developed an exercise program and gave me some food recipes that were just right for me. A few months ago enlisted Kristen Langan as my trainer. I have worked out with many different trainers all of whom brought omething new to me; but what I liked about Kristen, was that she was had me do things I never did before. I liked her circuit way of training and the different things we did weekly! It was always a change and something my body never got used to or bored with, which was great because it made me to have to work harder. I like that we went over our workouts the night before and talked about what we would be working on. I like that she included cardio within her workouts. I liked the workouts because they got my heartrate up and I was working my muscles and body parts but in a different way instead of just using weights.
