Kristen Hickey

I coach JV and varsity lacrosse at Ursuline Academy in Dedham and have given private lessons to girls from ages 8-20. I have also volunteered time coaching at Dedham high school and have run clinics through the UWLX to all ages.

I played division 1 lacrosse at San Diego State University for four years. I was a captain there my senior year and went on to play a year of professional lacrosse in the UWLX. In high school I played on the varsity team as well as on a club team. I also played varsity basketball and soccer in high school.

I was a midfielder in college and in the UWLX so I cover all techniques from speed to shooting to defense. I will typically do stick skills to start, and then depending on the position I will do position-specific drills with the girls. Specialist in most techniques and work with my high school goalies so I have goalie drills as well.
