I have coached 8-12 year olds recreation league. I have also done a five month internship under a certified strength and conditioning coach training college athletes. I have also trained athletes individually at the middle school level. I am also a certified personal trainer.

I recently have graduated from Tennessee Temple University with a sports administration degree. I played all four years during my time there. I play soccer and basketball. I was a started all four years in both sports and was a captain on both teams for two years or more.

I would start a session with a dynamic warm up to make sure the althlete is warmed up to prevent injury. We then would focus on certain drills for certain skill set. For example if I was working out a point guard we would start of by dribbling drills. First we would start with one ball and then work then work our way up to dribbling with two balls. Soon after we would go into a shoot drills. The first and most important part of shooting is form so we would do a drill pertaining to how their shoot form should look like. We would then proceed to do more shooting drills. And then move onto defensive drills. Throughout all my years playing ball I have come to learn so many drills for all different playing styles.
