Coach various youth groups basing on season needs.
Prepare and plan coaching materials for age-specific class.
On-field practice and apply prepped materials and ensure players understand goals and objectives. Apply Play-Practice-Play methodology. After scrimmage, re-group players to ask open ended questions to ensure what was learned. Also use this time for self-reflection to secure and takeaways on what was done correctly, what is not, and what can be improved.

I am a USSF D license coach. During the past year, I have been coaching at South Bronx United.
At this point, I would like to continue to grow in the coaching path. I'd love to gain more experience in different levels and provide the best to youth development. I am very technical and tactical. Perhaps one day at a later stage, I can be a technical director or a similar role. Very engaged to absorb as much as possible and provide the best back to the soccer community.
• Review current level and collect critical data points
• Develop individualize plan to achieve goals and objectives
• Each session includes a proper warm-up, a session key focus, and fun elements
• Self-reflection from each student
• Coach to review self-reflection and circle back on points identified as success or failure. Each success/failure will be reinforced to ensure true understanding
