Experienced soccer coach and technical director with a strong background in developing top-level players and teams across multiple levels, including D.A., ECNL, and high school soccer. With over 17 years of experience as a private personal trainer, I bring a unique approach to player development, focusing on both physical and technical growth. Having served as the technical director for two premier clubs in Central Florida and train college teams, I currently lead a top-level club in Palm Coast, working with athletes ranging from youth (10) to young adults. As a dedicated member and coach of the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA), I am passionate about fostering talent, promoting skill development, and helping players reach their full potential.

Former professional soccer player with extensive experience in both the NWSL and NCAA Division 1. Drafted to the New Jersey Sky Blue in 2011 for a short stint. Later, I went on to complete a successful two-year stint with the Orlando Pride in the NWSL in 2016-2018. In college, I played for the University of Central Florida (UCF), starting as a key player and helping lead the team to two consecutive Conference USA championships. My performance was recognized with multiple honors, including All-Conference First Team and top rankings in goals and assists. Additionally, I earned NJCAA All-American honors for two consecutive years, demonstrating my elite skill and consistent performance on the field. Prior to College, I competed in the State and Regional ODP as Captain along with being called in to the u-23 National Team camp in 2017.

During my 1-hour private sessions, players can expect a well-rounded training experience aimed at improving both technical and tactical aspects of their game. The session begins with a warm-up that prepares the body for movement, followed by targeted exercises to refine technical skills such as touch, ball control, passing, and dribbling.

To enhance speed and agility, I oftentimes incorporate drills designed to improve quickness and reaction time, ensuring players develop a strong foundation in dynamic movement. Each session also includes tactical training, where I focus on game awareness, decision-making, and positioning, helping players understand how to apply their skills in real match scenarios.

Throughout the session, I identify and expose any weaknesses or areas of improvement, offering personalized guidance to fine-tune technique and build confidence. By the end of the session, players will have a clearer understanding of their strengths and areas for growth, along with practical tools to continue developing their game.
