I am an assistant football and basketball coach. I coach the receivers and do most speed and agility. I currently work with middle and highschool athletes, helping them get to the next level. Competed as an athlete for over 15+ years, coaching for 3+ years. Very experienced in helping athletes achieve maximum velocity through strength and core training, and correct running mechanics.

I have competed in football, basketball, baseball, track and field. I’ve been doing all of these sports from peewee ball through high school. Four years letterman, seven 1st and 2nd team all district, three time all northeastern, one all state Honorable mention, and one year of college football.

The first session will be an evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses to watch for things to improve on. Then I will plan a program built to develop mind awareness and muscle control to help athletes be successful.
