More About Coach Khanh

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through NASM. I worked at fitness corporate gym, trained middle school to high school age athletes, and personal trained D-1 collegiate and professional athletes. Studying for my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). I also have a BA in Biology degree.

I competitively played high school basketball. I was exposed to professional athletes in my early years of college. Found the passion to help develop them as far as their performance and conditioning.

Session can be half an hour to an hour. I normally put my clients on 2-3 phase program depending on their level of physical activity. Before I start any program I do an assessment to evaluate physical condition and design a program that is specific to their needs or sport.
