I have over 10 years of coaching experience at various levels. I interned at the Mohammed VI Academy in Morocco, working under top coaches and learning from players who went on to join major European clubs. I also coached at Orlando City Soccer Club (2021-2024), training players in high-level leagues like NPL and MLS Next.
Currently, I’m the Technical and Coaching Director at East Orlando Soccer Club, working with U9, U14, and U15 teams. I hold a USSF C license and am a B license candidate, focusing on developing players’ tactical and technical skills while fostering motivation and discipline.
I played soccer for 12 years with Association Sportive de Salé in Morocco, where I progressed through the ranks and made it to the professional team. During that time, I competed in friendly games at the professional level, gaining invaluable experience. Additionally, during my college years, I was honored as the Best Player for three consecutive years, reflecting my dedication and performance on the field.
A typical session with me is tailored to the athlete’s goals and development needs, ensuring a balance of technical, tactical, and physical training. We start with a dynamic warm-up to prevent injuries and activate the muscles, followed by focused drills. For example, if we’re working on shooting, I incorporate techniques like positioning, finishing under pressure, and striking accuracy.
I emphasize game-like scenarios in every session, ensuring athletes can apply what they learn during actual matches. We also work on mental focus and decision-making, helping players build confidence. I conclude with a cool-down and a quick discussion of progress and areas for improvement, ensuring every session adds value to their development.
