In my capacity as a youth coach, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous recreational and competitive teams, spanning various locations including the greater Kansas City area, Italy, and Miami. My coaching journey has also entailed working closely with esteemed academies, some of which have achieved remarkable results at the National Championships, including notable names such as Juventus Academy, Toca FC, and Legends FC.

Throughout my coaching career, I've had the privilege of mentoring a diverse range of age groups, commencing with the youngest participants at 5 to 6 years old, and extending my guidance to players as old as 15 years. In addition, I hold Grassroots licenses in the USA and have successfully completed the required safe sport check, underscoring my commitment to creating a secure and enriching environment for young athletes.

During my early athletic career, I had the privilege of representing Vicenza Calcio, a professional team in Italy's second division, progressing through their youth ranks to the Primavera league, which serves as the U19 team just before the senior team. These experiences were exclusively with Serie A and Serie B teams. Additionally, I had the honor of donning the Albanian National Team jersey for U16 and U17 competitions, notably reaching the Elite Round in the U17 EuroCup, where we faced formidable opponents such as Italy, England, and the Czech Republic.

Subsequently, I ventured into the Italian 4th Division for a year before making the pivotal decision to pursue my education in the United States. There, I joined a nationally ranked NAIA soccer program in Kansas City, where I achieved the distinction of being named to the 3rd team all-conference in what is widely recognized as one of the most competitive conferences among NAIA Universities in the USA.

The sessions will be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the clients. The emphasis will primarily be on ball work, with occasional incorporation of conditioning and physical exercises, including agility, speed, and stamina training without the ball. These sessions will be organized into various topics that we will collaboratively address, facilitating athletes in achieving their optimal physical condition.

We will employ analytical principles and proprioceptive drills to enhance both mental and physical aspects, aiding players in comprehending their tactical awareness on the field in relation to their playing positions and their goals for the upcoming months.
