A typical session is 1 hour long. During the 1st session, I assess my client's skills with basic fundamental drills (ball handling & shooting etc.) to see what their strengths and weakness are. I test their conditioning and basketball IQ as well. Once that is complete, I build a unique training program for the client tailored to their elevate their strengths and work on their weaknesses.
