A typical session consists of pitching analysis, using drill work to create proper and efficient mechanical pathways, and developing functional and core strength to keep pitchers healthy. We use weighted ball training developed by Tom House and perfected by Mark Sheehan. Our entire training program is based on studies done with decades of research with over 10,000 subjects. Using this information we have developed a program to help pitchers become the best versions of themselves.
