The athletes will learn my speed and attack philosophy. We will focus on how to control our speed with different moves and counter-moves to dictate the pace of the game on the offensive end. On the defensive end we will learn how to move our feet and focus on the opponent's hips to stay in good position. The goal surrounding Speed Attack to be physically stronger and faster as well as mentally sharper.
