I was born and raised in the city of Baltimore and graduated from Carver Vocational Technical High School in 1988. I was a three letterman starring in Baseball, Basketball and Football and earned the Most Athletic Award of my graduating class. I later attended Essex Community College to play baseball for the Knights. I always had a love for basketball but pursued my interest in baseball. After playing 10 years of semi-pro baseball, I turned my attention to coaching and training the game of basketball.

In 1997, I returned to my alma mater and was the head assistant to Duerce Jackson, my former High School coach. In 1998, I was offered a position at New Song Middle School as the Athletic Director and Head Coach of the Boys and Girls Basketball Program. There, I built a girls program that was very successful and motivated me to pursue coaching seriously.

In 2002 I moved to Charlotte, NC. to further my education at Central Piedmont and to pursue my coaching career. While in Charlotte, I worked closely with Baltimore native Demon Brown, PG of the University of North Carolina- Charlotte. In Charlotte, I gained a wealth of experience and mentoring from the UNC- Charlotte Basketball Coaching Staff. In 2004, I returned home and started a Basketball Training program; which helps kids develop basketball skills to compete on an elite level. At this time, I also worked with Kim Rivers, former coach of Randallstown High School with his Boys Basketball Program as a Skills Trainer. Through my years working with the program the team had four straight appearances to the state finals winning three of the four State 3A titles. During this time I also was the head coach of Pikesville Premier Boys AAU program in which in their first year, finished third in the state tournament and earned a bid to the AAU Div. I National Tournament in Tennessee.

In 2008, I gained experience coaching as an assistant at the post grad level with Queen City Prep in Charlotte, NC. Currently, I am the Director of Player Development for the Boys Basketball Program at a high school.

I am considered one of the best Skill Developers in the Mid- Atlantic Region. Since returning home, I have worked with numerous kids, serving as a trainer, coach and mentor to many of our local athletes. I have volunteered my time with multiple AAU programs, most notably Baltimore Select, Team Melo and Baltimore Under Armour Elite.

Client Reviews

Coach Kevin seems to have a well organized training camp established, just not what we were looking for.

This was my first session with Coach Kevin. I was very happy with him and the equipment he had to help me get better. Looking forward to next session.

coach kevin was a good coach he was just too far for me

Coach Bullock has been more than just a trainer to me, he has been a mentor on and off the court and has been more like a family member than just a coach.
