I have been coaching for 15 years. First in basketball camps and then in my own basketball school. I started a program called the KJ rookie League. I coached both girls and boys in club basketball. I also coached at tarbut V tora as the varsity head girls coach and won coach of the year and we won the league. I coach from first grade to the pro level player.

I played high school basketball at 29 Palms High school (class of "95"), college basketball at Cal state Fullerton (class of 2000), and professionally in Latvia (2000-2001) and Poland (2001-2002)for two and a half years in the euro league.

A quick assessment of a players fundamentals, strengths and weaknesses, shooting ability and dribbling ability. From this point I take into consideration the positions he/she playes and the positions he/she wants to play and we grow from there. Focus on the things that you can control: Attitude, Effort, Skill Level.
