I have spent years during my off season of Pro Ball training kids with Hitting, Speed and Agility arm Strength. I specialize in the OutField Position on how to use the full body when throwing, also hitting. Also how to be explosive to the ball and tracking the baseball off the bat.

I played Division I Baseball at North Carolina A&T State University, Also Greensboro College, I have played in the Yankees Organization for Summer Ball two years and also in the Clevland Indians Summer Program for two years. I played for the Oregon Lumberjacks in the California Winter League, Also playing Double-AA Baseball with the Chicago White Sox in Santo Domingo Dominican Republic, and with the Los Tipicos in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Currently an Active Free Agent.

A client can expect to be filled with baseball information and also have a better understanding of the game. I also like to allow the client to show me what kind of ball player they are in the beginning of training and to only TWEAK a few things here or there to better their performance. I believe that each player is Unique in their own way and should never be "CHANGED" it's okay to be comfortable in your own skin along with being dominant. I love to focus on POWER being EXPLOSIVE being STRONG and FAST but also being RELAXED and CALM and how to slow the game down and let it come to you and not the other way around.
