More About Coach Ken
I earned my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology Athletic Training option from CSULB in 2002. Later that Fall I passed the National Board of Certification examination and have maintained my credential as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) ever since. I also earned my credential as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in 2003 and have maintained that ever since as well. I have the highest recognized credential in the field as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). It requires a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology or related field in order to take the examination to become certified. I have maintained that credential continuously since 2004.
I am currently the Athletic Trainer at a top school and have been since 2003. I also teach a Health Fitness and Sports Medicine class at the school.
I am the Co-Founder and Trainer for a top bootcamp in Anaheim Hills. I have a number of consistent clients.
My private sessions are designed to improve athletic performance in any sport. Training agility, speed, quickness, power and reaction the right way is key to progression in a safe and effective way. Do you know how to prevent torn ACL's, concussions, sprained ankle? Well I do and injury prevention with correct technique is the key.
