More About Coach Kelvin Mutaya
I have been coaching for over 6 years now. I have coached for the Richmond Kickers Youth teams, Grove United Academy, Chattanooga FC Youth, Tormenta Fc Youth and I have done countless individual sessions from 5 to 18+.
I’m currently a professional soccer player playing for the Maryland Bobcats Fc. I started my professional career with Charlotte Independence, then played for Richmond Kickers, Tormenta Fc, Chattanooga Fc and now currently playing for Maryland Bobcats.
Mostly work on the technical side of things, so we would do a lot of passing drills, shooting drills (technic on how to strike a ball), dribbling exercises etc. Then I like to ask my clients specially what they would like to work on, so if my client tells me they want to learn how to dribble. We would do dribbling specific drills, learning new moves, timing on when to do a move and specific things they would need to do in order for them to go passed their defender.
