I have coached basketball players since I was 14 years old. I started out helping out my previous teams when I started playing high school ball and then gradually moved up. I have coached middle school boys, middle school girls, kindergarten-3rd grade boys and girls, and junior varsity girls. I have worked at Stockton Buddhist Temple and Amos Alonzo Stagg High School. I typically work with kids and teenagers.

I have played up to the varsity level at Amos Alonzo Stagg High School. I now compete at the intramural level in college. During my sophomore year on JV, I was co-MVP. And during my senior year on Varsity I received the Coach's Award. I was selected to become a part of the traveling intramural basketball team for University of Hawaii at Manoa to play in Regionals at University of Arizona.

A typical session would include warming up with stretching, running and layups. Then we would work on shooting, defensive drills and dribbling. It would depend on the athlete's level of ability prior to the session.
