I have several years experience playing and coaching tennis, including giving private lessons. Most recently I coached the Folsom Lake College women's tennis team.

Currently compete at the USTA 3.5/4.0 level. I have won several individual torunaments. I have experience both in singles and doubles. I have taught all ages and levels from 8-70 years of age.

Basic skills first such as forehand, backhand swing, serving, volleying. I also liek to teach the psychology end of training with mental preparation, goal setting, and motivation techniques
