Kellen McCormick

4-year Division 1 student-athlete at the College of the Holy Cross. Worked with the youth at numerous college camps, and have also helped instruct younger teammates. While recovering from an injury, I served as our team’s first base coach for nearly 10 games as a senior captain.

3-year starter at holy cross with time in the infield, outfield, and as the designated hitter. Helped lead Holy Cross to its first NCAA tournament appearance since 1978, where we upset #24 Nebraska. Have played at several major college baseball venues, including LSU, Oklahoma, Houston, Long Beach State, Oregon State, USC, Baylor, USF, Southern Mississippi, and many more.

Sessions will vary for each client after a short discussion and evaluation. I will address and focus on the hitting/defensive aspects of the game for position players. I will mainly address common misconceptions in regard to hitting and throwing mechanics, along with fielding-footwork for infielders and outfielders. I will provide demonstrations and corrections, along with take-home drills that can be utilized! Both on-field and cage workouts are accessible at my primary location (Gardens Park).
