Played in Evertons Premier league academy for 2 years, played in Europe for 5 years total, currently playing professionally for Southern Indiana FC and have competed in open cup against USL championship side Lexington FC
I focus on position specific training and high intensity drills, while training their technique and consistency.
I start with a 5 min warmup and get directly into technical work specifically focused on that position and scenarios you will find yourself in.
From there you will then move into position specific fitness drills with and without a ball and then we will end with more technical work.
