More About Coach Kelby
I specialize in helping collegiate and professional baseball players refine their skills through detailed video analysis and tailored training advice, drawing from my Major League experience, certifications in Driveline Hitting, Blast Motion, and Rapsodo, and years of working with elite athletes. My analysis focuses on identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance hitting, fielding, base running, and overall game strategy. Shaped by insights gained while playing alongside some of the best players in the game and learning under renowned coaches, I take a comprehensive approach to player development—combining technical expertise, cutting-edge technology, and strategic insights to help athletes elevate their performance to the highest level.
I was an All-Big 12 selection and a Gold Glove-winning shortstop at Texas Tech University, before being drafted in the 12th round by the San Francisco Giants in 2011. I made my Major League debut on August 3, 2015. Throughout my MLB career, I was a versatile player, making starts at second base, shortstop, third base, and left field. I bring 10 years of professional baseball experience, including four seasons in the majors as well as international playing experience.
Each session focuses on video analysis, customized to fit the athlete's needs. Using my Major League experience and certifications from Driveline Hitting, Blast Motion, and Rapsodo, I break down game or practice footage to give clear, detailed feedback. Athletes will get tips on improving their mechanics, technique, and overall performance, along with drills and adjustments they can use right away. My goal is to use my experience and training to help athletes take their game to the next level.

Chelsey (Testimonial)
My son has been playing baseball his whole life, and we’ve tried many things to help him improve. But nothing has worked as well as Kelby’s coaching. His understanding of the game and his ability to connect with my son has made all the difference. We’ve seen real, consistent progress, and it’s been amazing to watch.
