I have been coach, teaching and training athletes for over 13 years. I coach at the highest level of travel baseball and I am also a high school varsity head coach. I have coached and trained some of the top players in PA, NJ, and NY. I have players playing in the Yankees and Dodgers organization and are top prospects. I have players who were drafted, but we knew we can go to college and go higher in the draft later. Also have a ton of college student athletes.

I was a 4 year starter, all-American and all-state in high school then continued my career in college for where I started for 3 years and then signed a professional contract with the St. Louis Cardinals only stop playing due to a car accident.

Here at Naylz Hitting Facility, you can expect to get better In an great environment. An environment where other elite athletes come to get better and compete at the highest level possible. I prepared all player to not to rely on mechanics. Mechanics do not play. You will hit or pitch like you. You will do what your natural athletic ability allows you to do. I will then help you understand YOUR movements. The athlete will work on different drills to help with the movements. They will also be put in a lot of unathletic positions to help them understand how to work out of them and how it feels to be athletic. Then we will start to add the mental aspect of it and then put it al together.
