More About Coach Kayla
I've trained elementary aged young athletes through college aged athletes for about ten years. The last six of those years dedicated to a high school varsity program.
I've played basketball for the majority of my life with my last stop being at St Phillips College in San Antonio, TX a lot of years ago. I am aiming at a comeback actually with the chance to be on the Phoenix Mercury practice squad.
That last sentence was 1000% a JOKE :D.
I will conduct a brief skill assessment followed by a plan based upon the clients skill set and goals (which we would have discussed prior to the session).

My son loves coach Kayla. She is amazing. I wasn't sure if my son would really be into basketball as much as he said he was but after the first session all the little things she was telling him to work on at home, he's actually doing and won't stop talking about "no mom coach Kayla said this is how I do such and such".
