More About Coach Katrina
I’ve coached all ages, from youth to senior. I have experience coaching sports performance, bodybuilding, powerlifting, general fitness, and group classes.

I grew up as a multi-sport athlete through high school. After high school I started to pursue personal fitness which then evolved into competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding.
My sessions are athlete/client specific, but most run between 45-90 minutes long. Sessions are catered to my client’s specific goals and needs, but typically include strength training.
I offer online training and programming for both commercial/private and home gym users.
