I have 3+ years of experience as a Cheer Coach and Coordinator for ages 5-14 years old. I assisted in starting the first Cheer program for a local youth organization in San Antonio, SOA, Standard of Athletics in 2013. I assisted in growing the organization from 15 to 40 children around the city and also ran a summer cheer program. My personal experience as a Cheerleader extends from my city youth cheer, middle school, and 4 years of high school. I was a head cheerleader Freshman year and UCA All Star Senior year in 2004.

My passion and goals as a cheer coach include implementing basic knowledge of cheer and dance while encouraging academics, leadership and community involvement.

A typical practice will include basic knowledge of cheerleading. I teach acurate techniques of cheer hand motions, jumps, proper cheer stance, spirit, cheers and chants. I also teach basic dance routines that involve basic tumbling and stunting.
