We focus on proper techniques, endurance and stamina, nutritional needs, and mental toughness. Client Reviews

Coach Katherine really listened to my daughter’s goals and challenges and gave her great advice on how to improve her times and strength- all in the first session. We’ll definitely be booking another one.

Great coach, very personally experienced and but also good at teaching a beginner like me. Right balance of encouragement and constructive feedback, helped make adjustments on the fly and quickly picked up on deficiencies in my technique. Highly recommend her.

Coach Katherine is a great coach. I've finished my first session with her and have already learned so much. I was ready to step up my running and she's going to be very helpful in doing that. She is a good listener and flexible to my needs. My favorite part was going for a run with her and having her help me with my form. Highly recommend her and will definitely work with her again.

I was very impressed with Coach Katherine's knowledge and ability to convey what needed to be done. Very pleased with Coach Katherine!

Katherine was ser dime, very informational the first visit. She nadie me Feels very confortable and was honest with goals i was hoping to achieve.

I was thoroughly impressed with Katherine's enthusiasm and knowledge. After our first session, I immediately realized that a coach is exactly what I need in order to hit my marathon goal.

Coach Katherine is phenomenal. I've just had one session with her so far but I was thoroughly impressed. She offered relevant, achievable goals that were specific to my needs. She knows what she's talking about and provides you with all of the knowledge you need. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to take their running to the next level.

Coach K is professional and personal. From the beginning she is in your corner to target a plan to get you where you need to be realistically! She gets to know you so she can help you train for your best race ever! Highly recommend in the Orlando, FL area!!!!

My session with Katherine was incredibly productive. In just one session, she was able to help streamline my running cadence and gait. She was also able to help me put togher an offseason training program to improve my half marathon time. I'd highly recommend her to any runner looking to improve form and race time.

Katherine has been WONDERFUL to work with, and extremely helpful in tailoring a program to specifically address what I need. In our first session, she was able to pinpoint a needed change in my stride that is not only improving my efficiency, but addressing a cause of injury. She if very goal-oriented, and brings a high level of positive energy to the sessions. She helps set realistic goals, stretch goals, and works with your unique needs to put together a plan to achieve those goals.

Excellent x 5 stars! Well-organized plans. Specific tips provided while we are working out together. Keeps me motivated. Focuses and long-term as well as providing detailed weekly plans. And she even talks and keeps me entertained while we are running - even though I am usually too winded to say much back :)

Coach Kat was amazing. I could only do one session at this time due to an injury but, to just talk with her and have that knowledge of the best way for me to heal and slowly rebuild into the runner I want to be is priceless. The best thing I have done so far was to select her as my coach and I am looking forward to future sessions so I can give her 110%.

After finishing my first Olympic in July 2012, I knew that I needed a coach to get me to the appropriate fitness level in order to complete the half ironman distance. The mental guidance, education, and training focus Katherine provided gave me the confidence to push myself and yet know that I was going to finish. The advantage provided by having a training program scheduled a month in advance allowed me to instantly focus on that days workout and not waste time trying to determine the right workout for that day. Not only did I finish Augusta Ironman 70.3, I beat my projected finish time by 33 minutes! As a client, I directly benefited from Katherine's experience as an Ironman competitor and have been able to reach goals I didn't think possible in my first year as a triathlete. Thanks Coach K.!
I think that Katherine is one of the best coaches out there. I first met her when I was the campaign manager with Team In Training, and she coached our team for St. Anthony's triathlon. She took a group that included participants of every skill level and got them ALL safely across the finish line with everyone being happy with his/her results. I was so impressed with her that I hired her when I decided to complete my first half ironman. It went so well that I was back on board with her when I decided to do Ironman Wisconsin in 2011. I think one of her best qualities is her ability to listen to her participants and to allow you to have input into your training program. I happen to LOVE trail running and I think it really freaked her out because she was so concerned that I would get injured but she still built trail runs into each of my weekly workouts and that made me a much happier athlete. After taking a year off due to an injury, I'm back at it getting ready for IM Coeur d'Alene and am once again counting on Katherine to work her magic and get me across the finish line safely and on goal!
