I have worked with players age 5 through adult. Each summer since age 14 I have been involved coaching at at least one hockey camp, including four summers with the US Select Girls Camp for ages 14/15 or 16/17. I worked as a private coach outside Toronto for over a year conducting private lessons, semi-private lessons, and team practices. I was Assistant Coach of the Providence College Women's Ice Hockey Team from 2010-2012, until I stepped down to pursue my own athletic dream of competing in my second Olympics in Sochi in 2014.

The highlight of my playing career was the 2010 Olympics, where I earned a silver medal with the US Women's Olympic Team. A graduate of Providence College ('06), I was an All-American, Player of the Year, and 2-time All-League selection. Since 2006, I have played two seasons in the WWHL (2206-2007 BC Breakers and 2008-2009 Minnesota Whitecaps) and four seasons in the CWHL (2007-2008 Vaughan Flames and 2010-2013 Boston Blades), winning the Clarkson Cup twice. After suffering my third major concussion in February 2013, I retired from my playing career in April 2013.

Hockey is meant to be FUN! Sessions will be hard work, but my goal is to share my passion for the game with you! Individual and semi-private sessions will be designed around a client's particular goals. We will begin with a breakdown of the skill at hand, and progress through to putting all components together and utilizing the skill in a game-like environment.
