I have played for the United States U-14,U-16, U-18 national teams. I have also played for the Trinidad & Tobago U-20 and Senior National Team in World Cup Qualifiers. I have played pro in 4 different countries over the past 5 years. I also played four years at the University of South Florida where we won the Big East title. Currently, I'm playing for the new professional soccer team in Colorado Springs named Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC.

My session plans are based on the client. I planned different for different clients depending on their level. I will start off with the basics for beginners and advance depending on what I see. For more advanced players, I will plan accordingly.

I'm 30 and wanted some tips on technique because I never trained properly. Kareem showed me the nuances of the basics: receiving the ball, first touch, change of speed, shooting. I learned something in all these areas. But the most important thing was him encouraging me to play with confidence, to believe in every touch and every play.

We wanted our son Max to get better with his foot skills and coach Kareem's first session addressed just that! Max really enjoyed the drills, Kareem kept him engaged and for more than an hour. He gave him useful pointers and throughout all Max had fun! We are booking more sessions with Kareem.

Kareem runs some great drills with our U10 player that are immediately transferable to game play. He has a calm, easygoing style and takes time to explain/correct mechanics as needed. Good about scheduling sessions.

Kareem is an experienced and knowledgeable coach, who fully understands the game and what skills a player needs to develop in order to become a stronger performer. The drills he ran with my two 10 year old players were immediately applicable to real game situations and they were able to improve their abilities right away. And importantly for me, I was able to see positive changes in their game effectiveness immediately.
