I have coached and trained players starting at 5 years old. I started training with my trainer in NYC under Team Footprintz. As I grew as an athlete, I would train kids in my neighborhood and work camps. I coached and trained with the Youth Basketball League in NYC. There I worked with all ages during the day and coached high school kids in the afternoon everyday. I played collegiately both the division one and two level. I am a conference champion as a player as well as a coach. I coached Lincoln University Men’s Basketball, as well as working elite, team and national level camps.

High school- Boys and Girls & TMLA. Rookie of the year. Lead the lead in rebounds and assists as a freshman. Junior year won conference, regional and state championships.

College- Manhattan College & lincoln university. weekly accolades, defensive accolades, all conference team, back court. top 3 players in the conference. attended pro overseas camps.

I am big on all aspects of basketball so I try to have a well balanced workout. I add agilities, conditioning, defensive drills as well as offensive drills. I focus on the little things that make big impacts on the game. I also look at you as a player to focus on whatever it is that you need to better succeed. All game like drills.
