I graduated in 2018 with my degree in Exercise Science.I am the founder of the Josh Level Classic joshlevelclassic.org, which is now known as the the premiere national non-profit showcase basketball event in NC and beyond. Since its inception since 2014 we have had over 100 college basketball players and 10 guys go on to the NBA. Like, Harry Giles, Coby White, Dennis Smith and more.

I was blessed to play Division 1 basketball. I started my career at Longwood University where I was awarded Male freshmen Athlete of the Year. After a very successful sophomore season I transferred to East Tennessee State where we played in the NCAA tournament in 2017. My former coach recently accepted the job at Wake Forest as the head basketball coach.

Each athlete is an individual and are at different times in their development. My first session with each of my clients is more like an evaluation. I like to put them through drills and tasks to see where they are and know where we need to work on and improve. After the first session I will create a program for the specific athlete and give them homework to work on in between sessions.
