More About Coach Kamal

I worked as a personal trainer and physical trainer in college part time. I have trained athletes as young as five years old, all the way up to adults with specific weight loss or conditioning goals. We hold family boot camps and community events that cater to large groups in the Greater Houston area. I am currently a junior high school football, basketball and track coach with over ten years of coaching and training experience. I am a UIL first aid and CPR certified coach.

Youth Junior National Champion in 800m run, 4x800m relay and 4x400m relay. State track finalist in high school in the 800m run and 4x400m relay [1998 and 2000] and Division 1 track athlete in college [800m and 4x400m relay]. Competed in Fort Bend ISD for Willowridge High School and NCAA Track & Field for Columbia University in New York City.

The initial session will be an assessment to determine skill, speed, strength and conditioning levels. The results are used to create a plan to reach the individual's fitness goals.
The remaining sessions begin with a warm up jog and stretch followed by the goal-oriented routine. We will conclude with a cool down jog and stretch and review the daily progress. Nutritional plans available upon request.

Great approach with the boys.

Coach Kamal was great. He immediately identified areas to focus on with my son after just a few exercises. He took the time to explain the focus of the drills so that it was clear not only how to do the drills, but exactly what the purpose of the drill was. We have already scheduled several more sessions because I think his approach and these work outs will benefit my son throughout high school.
