More About Coach Kahlil
I have been training athletes for 3 years and counting. I train from ages 5 to 40plus. I do not have any industry certifications. I have been training through my own business.
Played for Western Kentucky University. Currently still playing professionally. I played in Australia, Norway.
I was All-Tournament in the sunbelt conference and won a the conference championship. Played in the NCAA Tournament.
Led the league in 3pointers made in Australia and was name team MVP. All league Honorable mention in Norway.
Depends on the skill level of the client.
But a typical session would consist of a Dynamic exercise/warm up, form shooting, footwork, dribbling drills, attacking the basket, shooting drills. If there is more than 1 client the session may end with some competition drills, if there is only 1 client they may end with some conditioning. All depends on the type of workout that is completed.
