I have experience in coaching/training younger kids whether in a group setting or individually. I have been helping coach and train for the last 3 years either on my own or with the help of others.I have helped younger kids get better and develop a love for the game.

I have played lacrosse since 5th grade. I played varsity lacrosse all 4 years of high school. I received all district player award 2 out of my 4 years playing in high school.

Anything and everything you would like out of a session. I specialize in the Attack position while also having experience with the Middie position. Anything from throwing and catching to more advanced skills will be taught during a session depending on the skill of the athlete and the specific skills you are looking to learn in a session.
