I have been training basketball players for 4 years and will now join the college coaching ranks as an assistant this upcoming season. I work with all ages and have spent time with Hoop Heaven a top facility in the Bergen county area.

I played for division 3 Elmira College. Scoring 1200 points, 600 assists and 500 rebounds. Ending my career with the most assists all time in program history. Leading the nation in assists, 2 time all conference honoree and Career achievement award for the school.

I start each workout with a dynamic stretch and agility sessions. We then working on dribbling, passing and finishing around the rim. Shooting is a key part and will be done based on ability to shoot from different areas on the floor. I want to build the players confidence and jumpshot. My training is more practical and takes advantage of in game situations.
