More About Coach Justin
I am Coach Justin, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over six years training athletes youth through college level. I have coached youth and high school football for three years in Peoria. As a trainer, I host sessions in Peoria, Surprise and Goodyear, and typically work with youth/junior high school athletes. My programs are designed to improve athletic performance through the growth and development of speed, strength & power, agility, change of direction and injury prevention.

As a High School Football player, I played Varsity football three years and started my Junior and Senior year. Senior year I earned the role of becoming Captain of the football team. After High School I went on and played two years of Juco Football in California before deciding to come home, focus on school and becoming a Coach.
Clients can expect personally developed programs to help their athlete unlock their potential and become a better athlete. I focus on proper technique and movement mechanics for all athletic movements from slow speed movements like a squat, to faster and more explosive movements like sprints and plyometrics. I run drills to help athletes enhance their strength, get faster and improve their agility in their sports they play. Athletes are taken through proper warm up that translates directly over into our training sessions. Each session is designed to focus on power, strength, speed and change of direction. At every session, athletes are guaranteed to receive proper coaching cues, "homework", and notice progress in just a few weeks!
