More About Coach Justin
At every level of hockey I played I was helping my teammates and team improve and grow. Whether that was learning or teaching. I was a player coach for a semi-professional hockey team in Wisconsin. I can work with any age and have no industry certifications.
Played NCAA Division 1 college hockey at the United States Military Academy at West Point. I won multiple awards in high school and prep school.
At every level of hockey there is one skill that sets players apart, skating. I conduct power skating drills to work edges and build strides. Secondly, I build strides while skating with your head up. While skating is the number one skill players need, playing with their heads up with the puck and without the puck is the next most important. Those are the two fundamentals that any coach and player can build upon.
