Structurally, the one hour session consists of breaking down 4 major fundamentals in 15min increments (ball-handling, layups, shooting and passing):
15min - Ball-Handling
15min - Ball-Handling & Finishing
15min - Ball-Handling & Passing
15min - Shooting or a combination of all (BH, Passing, Finishing)
This includes some variation of game like looks where I will shadow guard (shadow box) to make them react/choose carefully based on my defense.

I was able to sit in a few sessions. I was able to see the kids improvement. For example. The kid I took to the skills a academy could not dribble the ball and move the cone round the line without picking up the cone. One day 3 he was doing it the cone did not leave the ground. They did complex drills and the kids was able to understand the instructions and was able to perform what was asked. The coach was kind but knew how to get the kids to listen.
