I played varsity baseball at East Rockaway High School for Coach Dan Vito. I played the outfield. Also, I played varsity basketball and ran cross country.

A client can expect an individualized session. I will assess strengths and weaknesses through my own eyes in real time, video, and technology such as pitching Rapsodo. From there we will formulate a plan to improve as a ballplayer. My sessions will focus more on external cues (goal oriented) rather than complicated internal cues (overthinking things mechanically). I hope to connect with the athlete and make the experience of getting better a fun experience.
