More About Coach Justin

I have experience training collegiate athletes as well as all age groups. I have trained one-on-one as well in a group training settings in gyms in the Midwest and on the East Coast.

I have competed in all sports. I excelled in playing basketball and soccer in my teenage years and into my twenties. This has transferred into my ability to be able to relate to all types of personalities, as well as all age groups and skill levels.

My sessions will begin with a dynamic warm up, followed by activation exercises for the muscle groups we'll be targeting in our session together. We will then focus on larger muscle groups, before finishing with accessory movements to target supporting muscle groups. All training is designed to be personalized to each and every clients needs and goals.
