I have coached kids from the age of 7 years old to high school. I have been training kids for over 10 years specializing in developing skills that will be utilized in game time situations. We ensure you progress with your handle, jumpshot, and technique to make sure every move is with a purpose and maximizes your chances of being an effective scorer.

Justin Brown began his career at Uniondale High school. A 3 year varsity starter and 2 year captain. Justin finished each year gradually improving. He went from all conference as a sophomore, to all county his junior year, to Nassau county player of the year his senior year while winning the Long Island championship his senior year. He also played in the Alzheimer’s NYC vs.suburbs allstar game in 2009. From there he continues his career at St Thomas Aquinas College where he received a full athletic scholarship. At STAC Justin was a 4 year starter and 3 year captain. He was awarded all rookie team, preseason player of the year and 2nd team all conference along with being named the all time leading scorer at St Thomas Aquinas College.

Any client working out can expect each session to begin with stretching, and set lifts to focus form and soft touch of the ball. The client would then expect to work on handling drills (stationed drills and non-stationed). As you fatigued we will then shoot free throws. Then work on shooting reps (spot up jump shots, one dribble pull ups, one move pull ups, etc). Our goal is to make sure that game like moves and decisions are worked on so that when you are in a game there is no second guessing your decisions it becomes a natural reaction.
