More About Coach Justin

I am a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Exercise Science. I am currently Co-Founder of a program that currently teaches health, wellness, and fitness activities to elementary and middle school students. Hard work, team work, and pushing through challenging activities is part what my program entails. You not only become a better athlete, but you become a better person.

I have played the sport of football from the age of 7, and I have made it to the Division 1 Collegiate Level, playing football for Valparaiso University. In High School I was named All-City Honorable Mention, playing Quarterback for Renaissance High School in the Detroit Public School System.

A typical session may consist of high intensity circuit workouts, pushing the athletes to stations that effect different parts of the body. There could possibly be ladder drills, parachute runs, upper body body exercises including push ups and pike presses. This can happen throughout one workout, but what's important is that other athletes in the workout are encouraging each other. The more that happens, the easier it is to complete the workout.
