More About Coach Julius
I have experience with coaching at the AAU team AC Georgia which is ran by Garrick Respress, a mentor of mine! I also have the experience as, my European Professional Coaches would say, being a Coach on the court. Being a high level player allowed me to see the game from a different lens which prompted my coaches to allow me to call the plays and give instruction during games. Training was always a part of me. As a veteran player, I allowed the younger guys to join me on my own workouts where they asked questions and I gave guidance and showed what it takes 1st hand to succeed to high levels of Professional Basketball. In addition, I worked the kids camps in the off season while attending Georgia Southern University. I also worked kids camps in all the European cities where I played my professional career!!
I will work with kids from the age of 5 up to Professionals that are looking to build on their skill and knowledge to take their basketball games to the next level.
I competed 4years in college at Georgia Southern University then went on to play Professional Basketball in Europe for 16years; Germany 14years, Belgium 1year, and Montenegro 1year!

Sessions will ultimately be 60 minutes but we can also adjust time length to the need of the client.
-Warmup (stretching, laps, ball-handling)
-Training (faster pace ball-handling, spot and off the dribble shooting, free-throws, mental session, conditioning)
-Cool down(slow laps, stretching)
All sessions will be based on the specific needs of each individual client that desires my service. With my younger clients, I will gather info/feedback from the parent(s) on areas of the game they feel their child may need work on. In addition, while we are warming up, I may spot some areas that we can work to improve on also. My more advance and older clients can speak directly with me on areas of their game they may want to work on and get better at.
Working on the fundamentals of the game is essential in gaining and perfecting the skills to create a players journey to success!!
