More About Coach Julian

I've trained multiple highschool athletes but it was volunteer training. I've also trained a couple people in weight training as well. I'm pretty new to this scene but I want to improve my coaching abilities and leadership.

Invited to year progam with a Spain Academy team. Also, I played and trained with professional team in Costa Rica for a season. I played on Varsity Junior and Senior year at Austin High School. Currently on Semi-Pro Athletic Katy Fc.

I do both technique and specific drills because I believe both are very important when you are trying to get better. I like cone drills working on basic touches on the ball until it becomes very simple and easy to do at full speed. Also I enjoy juggling sessions because that helps to improve recieving the ball out of the air, volleys, good technique when passing or shooting, and confidence boost as well. I like to have key things to work on at home and key things we work on in the session but I think if you dont change things up and have fun it will be difficult to continue to work hard.
