More About Coach Julian

I train out of Fight Science MMA located in Mid-City. I've trained everything from professional fighters to weekend warriors for the last 20 years. My youngest client ever was 10 and my oldest was 73. My only preference is that they're open to learning and willing to work hard.

I've been training in martial arts since 1996. I've won a numerous BJJ tournaments. I'm a BJJ Black Belt under Ian Harris. I was the reigning and defending TFA Heavyweight Cage Fighting Champion until the organization stopped putting on events. I've been fortunate enough to train in Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Krav Maga, Haganah and Escrima.

My training sessions are 60 min in length. We start off with a 10 min warm up which consists of stretching, jump roping, or calisthenics. Then 40 min of techniques and drilling and instruction. We finish off the session with some core work or stretching.
