More About Coach Julia

I worked Part-Time at my local, commercial gym here in Charlotte as a Personal Trainer for 8 months while balancing my Online Coaching Business and working full time as a Project Coordinator for a Construction Company. I have just recently decided to purse my online coaching business full time. I have experience training males and females ages 8 to 55. I have my Personal Training Certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine and my Nutrition Coaching Certification through NASM as well.

I played soccer competitively for 16 years. Before college, I ended my club soccer career playing for Carolina Rapids (now known as Charlotte Independence) where I played at the Premier and Region 3 level. I then went on to receive a soccer scholarship to play at Mars Hill University just outside of Asheville in North Carolina. I was a starting player all four years and went on to captain the team my senior year.

A client can expect a highly intensive, minimal equipment, strength and endurance style workout. For athletes specifically, strength, endurance and explosiveness/power are all so those will be three main focuses in my sessions. A typical session will always start with a dynamic warm up, then a HIIT style (1 Minute of work, 1 Minute of Rest) session focusing on agility, core, speed, reaction and/or single leg movements and then end with a dynamic cool down.
